As of May 2020, Dr. Easton-Carr is unable to accept new patients until further notice.
Due to the nature of her practice and the individual attention given to each patient, initial appointments will only be scheduled once the patient has called the doctor and discussed their individual case. While referrals from family and other medical providers are appreciated, the office will NOT contact an individual to schedule an initial appointment based solely on a referral from a third party. Potential patients must first call the office and speak to the doctor prior to being scheduled for their first appointment.
After your initial contact, Dr. Easton-Carr will call you to confidentially discuss your situation in detail and determine how best to address your specific needs. If it seems you would benefit from the services we provide, you will be sent instructions to access new patient forms via the patient portal, and these forms are to be filled out prior to your first visit.
Your initial visit will last approximately 90 minutes and will involve a detailed review of your current symptoms, medical and psychiatric history and a detailed discussion on diagnostic and therapeutic options. Significant others and family members are welcome to join you for your appointment. For geriatric patients with concerns regarding memory impairment, significant others or family members are strongly encouraged to attend.
Follow up visits will be scheduled at a frequency appropriate for your particular situation and are approximately 30 minutes in duration.
Dr. Easton-Carr follows all of her patients closely and encourages her patients to contact her with any questions or concerns they may have about their care. For non-urgent issues, please call the office during normal business hours.
Dr. Easton-Carr is an in-network provider for Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Magellan and Value Options. Please contact your insurance company directly regarding specific coverage details and co-pays.
