Changes during COIVD-19

Due to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak we are following recommendations from the Center for Disease Control , California Department of Public Health and San Luis Obispo Public Health Department.

As a result of confirmed cases in San Luis Obispo County and the ongoing pandemic we will be transitioning to telepshyciatry. Instead of in-office visits we anticipate that most visits will be "virtual" visits using video-conferencing software with the option to call-in using a standard telephone. This should be especially valuable for patients who are pregnant, elderly, have chronic diseases or are immunocompromised and we feel it is necessary to do so in order to do our part to reduce community spread of COVID-19.

IN SPECIAL CASES, in-office visits may be available, but this needs to be discussed with Dr. Easton-Carr at least 5 business days prior to the scheduled visit.

ALL CURRENT PATIENTS WITH PREVIOUSLY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS WILL RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR TEXT NOTIFICATION WITH A LINK TO THE TELECONFERENCING PROGRAM, VSEE, PRIOR TO THEIR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. If you have not received this link, click here.

Please download the software NOW, so that you will be ready to go at the time of your visit. If you need to cancel or re-schedule your visit, please call or text Dr. Easton-Carr as soon as you are aware of the need for change.

Your physical and mental health are important during these challenging times. Please remember to take care of yourself, exercise, participate in activities that bring you joy and demonstrate compassion and caring for those around you.
